These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Tech Process, Inc. Notification Program (the "Program"), the automated email and text message alert service operated by Tech Process, Inc. and described on our Program sign-up page. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
Tech Process, Inc. operates the Program to deliver automated, event-triggered operational alerts from its own servers, printers, and devices to authorized recipients who have individually consented to receive them. Typical messages include:
Message Printed — a company printer has completed a print jobReminder: {{eventName}} today — a scheduled operational reminderServer Offline — a company server or device has gone offlineThe Program is provided by Tech Process, Inc. at no charge to its authorized recipients, is never used for marketing, promotional, or sales messaging, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
The Tech Process, Inc. Notification Program sends automated SMS/MMS alerts about events on Tech Process, Inc.'s servers and devices to mobile numbers whose owners have opted in.
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the sign-up form, or by giving verbal consent to a Tech Process, Inc. administrator who reviews these same disclosures with you first. The consent box is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of signing up for email notifications or of purchasing any good or service. No number is added to the SMS list without the number owner's explicit, affirmative consent.
Message frequency varies. Messages are triggered by events on Tech Process, Inc.'s own systems rather than on a fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Tech Process, Inc. does not charge for the Program, but your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from the Program at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.

The Program supports major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you enter to opt in to text messages.
Information collected through the Program is handled as described in the Tech Process, Inc. Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." Tech Process, Inc. does not guarantee that any particular message will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered without error, and is not liable for any loss arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or from reliance on any notification sent through the Program.
Tech Process, Inc. may update these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
