Tech Process, Inc. Notification Program

Operated by Tech Process, Inc. · techprocessinc.com

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. Who Operates This Program

This is a single messaging program with one operator and one recipient list. Three names appear in the registration paperwork, and they refer to the following:

In short: Tech Process, Inc. is the operator, Peter Schwarz administers the program for the company, and techprocessinc.com is the domain the company's systems run on. All three refer to the same single notification system described on this page. Messages are sent only to authorized recipients who have each individually consented. No messages are sent to the general public, and the program is never used for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. What the Program Sends

Recipients who opt in to SMS receive automated, event-triggered alerts such as:

Message frequency varies and is triggered only by events on Tech Process, Inc.'s own systems (not a fixed schedule). Message and data rates may apply. No marketing, promotional, or sales messages are ever sent under this campaign.

3. Sign Up (Call to Action)

No phone number is ever added to the SMS list without the number's owner first giving explicit, affirmative consent. SMS consent is entirely optional. You may sign up for email-only notifications by leaving the SMS box unchecked — consent to receive text messages is not a condition of signing up, and is never bundled with anything else.

Types of messages you would receive: automated, event-triggered alerts from Tech Process, Inc.'s servers and devices — for example:
  • "Message Printed" — a printer finished a print job
  • "Reminder: {{eventName}} today" — a scheduled operational reminder
  • "Server Offline" — a server or device went offline
These are internal operational notifications only. You will never receive marketing, promotional, or sales messages.

This box is unchecked by default and is not required. Leave it unchecked and you will be signed up for email notifications only — you will receive no text messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of signing up for anything else. See our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Authorized recipients who prefer to opt in verbally may do so in person, with a Tech Process, Inc. administrator reviewing the same disclosures shown above — message types, frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP instructions — before their number is enabled.

4. Opting Out & Help

Reply STOP at any time to any message from this Program to stop receiving messages immediately. Reply HELP to receive assistance, or contact the operator directly at support@techprocessinc.com.

5. Privacy

Names, email addresses, and phone numbers collected for this Program are used solely to operate the Program (i.e., to send the status/reminder messages described above) and for no other purpose.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Recipients may request removal of their information at any time by replying STOP or contacting Tech Process, Inc. at support@techprocessinc.com. Full details — what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights — are in the Tech Process, Inc. Privacy Policy.

6. Terms & Conditions

The complete terms, including the SMS Terms for this messaging program, are in the Tech Process, Inc. Terms & Conditions.
